Once again Aughnacloy House in Lurgan has had excellent results in its Annual Satisfaction Survey which took place in Novmeber and December 2017.
Each year the residents and relatives are asked their opinion of the care delivered in the home to help us in delivering the best possible expereince for both residents ands families.
This year has seen the high levels of satisfaction maintained, however Mrs Megarity, CEO of MD Healthcare said, ‘We must not be complacent about good survey results, however it is very pleasing to see that the hard work of the team in the home is recognised by both residents and families alike. We operate an open door culture, encouraging comment and continuous improvement and the survey results are a reflection of the hard work and responsive nature of the staff and culture in the home.’
Mrs Megarity remarked that Aughnacloy House has maintained its high level of satisfaction year-on-year and congratulated Ms Mitchell and her team on achieving another set of excellent results.
